About the Role

We’re looking for a motivated and experienced Freight Broker to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for connecting shippers with carriers, negotiating rates, managing shipments, and building strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of the logistics industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Source, negotiate, and secure freight with carriers and shippers
• Manage full shipment lifecycle from pickup to delivery
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and carrier partners
• Track and trace shipments to ensure on-time delivery
• Resolve issues or delays quickly and professionally
• Maintain accurate records of loads, contracts, and communications
• Identify new business opportunities and contribute to company growth
• Use TMS software to schedule, manage, and document loads

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Freight Broker or in a similar logistics role
• Established carrier and/or shipper network (preferred)
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of industry regulations (FMCSA, DOT, etc.)
• Proficient with TMS, load boards, and general computer applications
• High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹100,000.00 per month
