Logistics Coordinator

The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring the movement of goods, materials, and equipment to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery. The role involves coordination with vendors, transporters, internal teams, and maintaining accurate logistics records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments and ensure timely deliveries
  • Plan transportation routes and schedules to optimize cost and efficiency
  • Liaise with vendors, transporters, and warehouse teams for smooth operations
  • Track shipments and resolve delivery issues or delays
  • Prepare and maintain logistics documentation, invoices, and delivery records
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and transportation regulations
  • Monitor inventory movement and support stock management activities
  • Generate logistics reports and share updates with management

Requirements & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
  • Minimum 2 year experience in logistics or transportation coordination
  • Good knowledge of logistics processes and documentation

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹27,157.19 per month
