On behalf of a global logistics company with a strong presence across the GCC , we are seeking a highly organized and proactive Logistics Coordinator to support the seamless movement of goods and ensure operational excellence. This is a full-time hybrid role based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia .

About the Role

As a Logistics Coordinator, you will play a vital role in managing the day-to-day logistics operations and ensuring smooth coordination between suppliers, carriers, and internal teams. You’ll be responsible for monitoring shipments, optimizing routes, and maintaining compliance with company and regulatory standards. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with strong communication skills and a passion for operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor the movement of goods from suppliers to customers, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Liaise with freight forwarders, customs agents, and transportation partners to manage import/export operations.
• Prepare and maintain shipping documents, invoices, and customs clearance records.
• Track shipments, resolve delivery issues, and communicate proactively with stakeholders.
• Support warehouse and inventory teams to ensure accurate stock levels and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi customs regulations and company logistics procedures.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of logistics processes and efficiency.
• Collaborate with internal departments to align logistics activities with overall business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field .
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in logistics coordination, shipping, or supply chain operations.
• Strong understanding of import/export procedures, customs regulations, and freight management .
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics management systems (ERP/WMS).
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a plus.
