Job Title: Logistics Coordinator

Salary: AED 2,500 – AED 4,000 per month (Based on experience and qualifications)

Experience Required: 3 to 6 years in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain management

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Logistics Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in shipping, pricing, customs clearance, and import/export operations. This role requires excellent coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple logistics functions efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Shipping & Freight Coordination:

• Manage shipping line bookings and liaise with carriers for the best pricing and scheduling
• Handle airline bookings and pricing negotiations for air cargo shipments
• Coordinate with overseas agents for smooth handling of import shipments

✅ Customs & Documentation Management:

• Oversee customs clearance procedures, ensuring compliance with regulations
• Maintain knowledge of customs documentation, Carnet de Passate, and ATA Carnet
• Prepare and review all necessary documents related to imports, exports, and freight forwarding

✅ Client & Supplier Relations:

• Provide accurate quotations to clients based on shipment requirements
• Respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain strong communication with shipping lines, airlines, trucking companies, and courier services

✅ Logistics & Operations Support:

• Manage and coordinate trucking operations for local and international transportation
• Handle courier services (sending and receiving) to ensure timely deliveries
• Monitor and track shipments, resolving any delays or issues proactively

Qualifications & Skills Required:

✔ 3 to 6 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or a related field
✔ Strong understanding of shipping, pricing, and customs clearance procedures
✔ Experience in handling import/export shipments and courier services
✔ Proficiency in logistics documentation and regulatory compliance
✔ Ability to negotiate and liaise with shipping lines, airlines, and trucking providers
✔ Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
✔ Excellent communication skills for client and supplier interactions
