Reports To: Logistics Manager
Location: On-site in Montebello
Compensation: $28.00/hour

About the Role
The Logistics Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring the smooth flow of products from suppliers to customers. This position supports the logistics team in scheduling, tracking, and coordinating shipments, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring timely deliveries. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule inbound and outbound shipments with carriers and suppliers.

  • Track shipments and communicate status updates to relevant stakeholders.

  • Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with stock reconciliations.

  • Prepare and process shipping documentation, including bills of lading and customs paperwork as needed.

  • Collaborate with operations, sales, and customer service teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.

  • Identify and resolve logistical issues, escalating when necessary.

  • Support continuous improvement initiatives within the logistics and supply chain processes.

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations coordination.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; experience with inventory management or ERP systems preferred.

  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

  • Detail-oriented and solution-focused mindset.

While the range above is for the expectations as laid out in the job description, the final offer amount will depend on the factors listed above.
