What You’ll Do

• Coordinate daily transportation schedules, including pickups, deliveries, and driver assignments
• Serve as the main point of contact for drivers, providing route details, load information, and updates
• Monitor shipments in real time and proactively communicate status updates to customers and internal teams
• Prepare and manage key transportation documents (BOLs, load manifests, proof of delivery)
• Quickly identify delays or issues and take action to keep deliveries on track
• Maintain accurate data in dispatch and tracking systems
• Partner with warehouse teams to ensure freight is ready and aligned with schedules
• Support compliance with DOT regulations, safety standards, and company policies
• Assist with reporting, data entry, and operational documentation

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree preferred)
• Experience in logistics, dispatch, transportation, or supply chain is a plus
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills
• Clear communication and confident problem-solving abilities
• Ability to perform under pressure in a time-sensitive environment
• Familiarity with dispatch software, GPS tracking, and basic computer systems
• Detail-oriented, dependable, and a strong team player
