We’re hiring a Logistics Coordinator to manage domestic and international shipments for equipment and materials. Join a fast-paced environment where your organizational and problem-solving skills make a real impact.

What You’ll Do:

• Coordinate shipments with suppliers and customers
• Prepare shipping documentation and customs clearance
• Manage freight bidding, delivery methods, and logistics planning
• Track shipments, maintain reports, and improve visibility

Pay: $80,000–$83,000 per year (~$38/hour)

What We’re Looking For:

• 3–5 years in domestic & international logistics
• Experience with ERP systems , SAP , and Microsoft Office
• Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask under tight deadlines
• AI/logistics optimization tools experience is a plus

Travel: Minimal (~10%)
