We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team. As a logistics coordinator for Stallion, you will play a critical role in facilitating moves, swaps, and deactivation of our units by working cross-functionally with Operations, Implementations teams, and technical account managers.
Role Priorities / Responsibilities

Manage logistics of assets within product line. This includes movement of assets to and from Stallion yards for inventory, maintenance and installation needs.

Build and manage trucking vendors to ensure Stallion is leveraging best pricing and adequately covered in all operational areas.

Work with Operations teams to understand install forecast to ensure inventory is available or plan equipment shipments to accommodate installation needs.

Work with operations and product teams to plan asset refurb and repair schedules and manage related equipment movements.

Work with manufacturing team to understand expected completion timeframes and schedule asset movements to Stallion yard locations.

Work with Stallion field operations in various locations to understand local trucking needs (inhouse and 3rd party).

Act as the liaison between Implementation and other departments within the company to coordinate efforts, provide status updates, etc.

Coordinate the shipping of security units and parts, ensuring accurate packaging, labeling, and documentation, and working with suppliers and vendors.

Coordinate work (pickups, deliveries, new unit setups) with our partners and clients

Track and Trace the transportation of company assets and communicate any potential delays to management and appropriate internal partners

Provide feedback to other departments to help with root cause analysis

Identify areas for process improvement and make recommendations

Complete all assigned work in conjunction with changing business needs
Essential Experience, Knowledge, Skills And Abilities

2-year prior experience in equipment logistics
