Job Vacancy: Logistics Coordinator
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Oman.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with customers and build strong relationships.
Arrange transportation and manage shipment schedules.
Communicate with shipping lines, transport companies, and customers.
Prepare shipping documents and track shipments.
Ensure timely delivery of goods and resolve logistics issues.
Maintain accurate records of shipments and inventory.
Prepare invoices on time and follow up on payments.
Support business growth by maintaining and developing customer accounts.
Requirements:
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in logistics or supply chain.
Knowledge of freight forwarding, customs clearance, transportation, and the Bayan system (Royal Oman Police).
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Good knowledge of MS Office and logistics systems.
Candidates currently based in Oman are preferred.
