Logistics Coordinator

NC GENERAL FREIGHT LLC is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Logistics Coordinator to join our growing team. This role is ideal for candidates looking to start a career in the logistics and transportation industry. You will play a key role in supporting daily operations, coordinating shipments, and ensuring timely delivery of goods.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in coordinating and tracking shipments from origin to destination
• Communicate with carriers, drivers, and customers to ensure smooth operations
• Monitor delivery schedules and resolve any transportation issues
• Maintain accurate records of shipments, invoices, and documentation
• Provide administrative support to the logistics team
• Ensure compliance with company policies and transportation regulations

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is a plus)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to learn and grow within the company
• Prior experience in logistics is not required (training will be provided)
