Job Title: Logistics Coordinator / Supply Chain Coordinator / Operations Logistics Officer

Job Summary

American Distribuidora Trading & Logistics LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to manage daily logistics operations, shipment tracking, and supply chain coordination in our Salalah office. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and experienced in handling logistics processes in a fast-paced trading and distribution environment.

You will play a key role in ensuring smooth coordination between suppliers, warehouses, and delivery operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily logistics and transportation activities
  • Track shipments and ensure timely delivery of goods
  • Communicate with suppliers, warehouses, and transport providers
  • Maintain accurate inventory and shipment records
  • Prepare logistics reports and documentation
  • Monitor supply chain performance and resolve delays
  • Assist in import/export coordination and customs documentation
  • Ensure compliance with company logistics procedures
  • Support warehouse and procurement teams when needed
  • Optimize delivery routes and logistics efficiency

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain, business, or related field preferred
  • Previous experience in logistics or supply chain coordination is an advantage
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Good communication and coordination abilities
  • Basic knowledge of inventory and shipment tracking systems
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and office tools
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
