Position Overview

The Bilingual Dispatch Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring the right crews, equipment, and resources are deployed efficiently to support 24/7 mitigation operations. This position requires strong decision-making, clear communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in real time.

This is not an entry-level role—candidates must bring proven experience in dispatching within the mitigation and restoration industry.

Required Qualifications

· Bilingual (English & Spanish) – Required

· Multiple years of dispatching experience within the mitigation and restoration industry – Required

· Proven ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment

· Strong organizational and time management skills

· Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

· Proficiency with dispatching systems, job tracking software, and standard office tools

Key Responsibilities

· Coordinate and dispatch mitigation crews, equipment, and resources in real time

· Serve as a central communication hub between field teams, customers, and internal departments

· Monitor job progress and adjust scheduling to meet operational demands

· Ensure accurate and timely documentation of job details and status updates

· Support emergency response efforts, including after-hours and surge events

· Maintain clear, professional communication with customers and team members at all times
