LOGISTICS COORDINATOR

At Hola Ink, we bring creativity to life through stunning designs, immersive installations, and custom solutions for our cruise and hospitality clients. We are currently seeking a Logistics Coordinator to join our dynamic team. As a Logistics Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products are carefully packed, prepared for shipment, and delivered to our clients in perfect condition.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Prepare Orders for Shipment: Accurately pack and label products according to customer orders, ensuring they are well-protected and ready for transit.
• Quality Control: Inspect products before packing to ensure they meet quality standards and are free of defects.
• Organize Packing Materials: Maintain an organized workspace, ensuring that packing materials such as boxes, tape, and protective wrapping are well-stocked and readily available.
• Inventory Management: Assist in keeping track of inventory levels by documenting packed orders and materials used.
• Ensure Proper Labeling: Ensure that all packages are correctly labeled with shipping addresses, product details, and any special instructions.
• Assist with Shipping: Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure that packed orders are handed off to carriers on time for scheduled delivery.
• Safety and Efficiency: Follow all safety guidelines while packing products and operate packing equipment efficiently and responsibly.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the logistics and operations teams to ensure orders are processed and shipped in alignment with project deadlines and client expectations.
• Other Duties as Required: Perform any additional tasks or duties as assigned by your Direct Supervisor to support team objectives and business needs

WHO YOU ARE

• You have previous experience in packing, shipping, or a logistics-related role (preferred but not required).
• You have strong computer skills being able to utilize UPS, FedEx and multiple shipping platforms, while communicating effectively via email and live chat in English and Spanish (optional, but preferred)
• You are detail-oriented and have a keen eye for quality, ensuring that all products are packed correctly and safely.
• You are able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks while maintaining high-quality standards.
• You have strong organizational skills and can maintain a tidy workspace and keep track of packing supplies.
• You are physically capable of standing for extended periods and lifting and carrying boxes as needed.
• You are a team player with a positive attitude, always ready to help where needed to ensure smooth operations.
