The Logistics Coordinators are the operational heartbeat of our hauling and distribution network — ensuring every truck, route, and material movement is tracked, dispatched, and optimized in real time. What You'll Do:
- Dispatch drivers and coordinate daily trucking activity to ensure timely, efficient material hauling across all routes
- Input and maintain accurate data for material hauling and sales, supporting operational recordkeeping and reporting integrity
- Compile and deliver trucking analytics and performance insights to management on a consistent basis
- Proactively monitor all material haulage and trucking activity, identifying and resolving issues before they impact operations
- Optimize hauling and delivery routes to maximize efficiency and minimize cost and downtime
- Schedule and manage fuel routes in coordination with fleet and operations needs
- Monitor material sources and provider relationships to ensure supply continuity and alignment with project demands
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to drive maximum operational efficiency
- Adapt quickly to proprietary software systems and contribute to ongoing process improvements
What We Need from You:
- Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English required
- Experience in logistics coordination, dispatching, transportation, or a related operational role
- Strong data entry skills with high attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort learning proprietary logistics or fleet management software
- High level of listening skills, positive attitude, and ability to communicate accurately and concisely
- Punctual and reliable
- Excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of, or ability to learn, local geographical areas (streets, highways, cities, and towns)
