Logistics Coordinator

Dispatch & Scheduling

• Coordinate and schedule ready-mix concrete deliveries according to customer requirements and production schedules.
• Monitor daily dispatch operations and allocate transit mixers efficiently.
• Ensure timely delivery of concrete to project sites while minimizing delays.
• Coordinate with batching plant operators, drivers, and site personnel regarding delivery schedules.

Fleet Management

• Monitor vehicle movements using GPS and dispatch systems.
• Optimize fleet utilization and route planning to reduce transportation costs.
• Coordinate vehicle maintenance schedules to minimize operational disruptions.
• Maintain records of vehicle availability, breakdowns, and repairs.

Customer Coordination

• Communicate delivery schedules and updates to customers.
• Address customer inquiries, delivery issues, and complaints promptly.
• Coordinate with project managers and site engineers to ensure smooth deliveries.

Documentation & Reporting

• Prepare and maintain dispatch records, delivery notes, trip sheets, and transportation reports.
• Verify delivery tickets and ensure accurate documentation of quantities delivered.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly logistics reports.
• Maintain records in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED5,500.00 per month

Education:

• Diploma (Required)

Experience:

• Readymix: 4 years (Required)

Language:

• Hindi and English (Required)
