ABOUT THE ROLE
This person serves as the primary gatekeeper for all inbound receiving — responsible for managing the arrival, inspection, and clearance of both domestic and overseas shipments. They will also support purchasing, invoicing, AP/AR, and data operations, making them an essential cross-functional contributor.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
Inbound Receiving & Shipment Management
- Serve as the single point of contact for all inbound shipments — local and international
- Coordinate container and freight arrivals; schedule and conduct physical inspections upon delivery
- Manage FDA holds and related regulatory procedures when applicable
- Communicate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and carriers to ensure timely clearance
- Document and report any discrepancies, damages, or shortages found during inspection
- Maintain inbound shipment logs and update internal systems in real time
Supply Chain Data & Inventory
- Input, manage, and maintain SCM (Supply Chain Management) data with high accuracy
- Track shipment and delivery status across all active purchase orders
- Update and maintain inventory records in BoxHero (training provided)
- Create reports and data summaries using Google Sheets; flag discrepancies proactively
Purchasing & AP/AR Support
- Prepare and process purchase orders (POs)
- Review, verify, and process vendor invoices
- Submit and manage accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) documentation
- Coordinate with vendors and internal departments to resolve billing or order issues
- Maintain organized records of all purchasing and financial documents
General Office & Administrative Coordination
- Prepare and process invoices for internal and external purposes
- Maintain organized digital filing across Google Drive and internal systems
- Support cross-departmental communication as needed
REQUIREMENTS
Language
- Bilingual: Korean and English — both written and spoken (required)
Technology
- Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Gmail)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word)
- Genuinely tech-savvy — comfortable learning new software systems quickly
- Prior experience with inventory, logistics, or ERP/SCM platforms is a plus
Work Authorization
- Legally authorized to work in the United States (U.S. Citizen, Permanent Resident)

- Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Self-starter with a proactive, problem-solving attitude
- Able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-moving environment
- Clear and professional communicator — in both languages
Compensation & Benefits
- Pay Rate: $70,000–$75,000 annually (based on experience)
