Logistics Coordinator - Contracting Company

We are looking for an experienced Logistics Coordinator for our client's main contracting company in Dubai.

Mandatory Requirements:

• Strong background in building construction (not other industries)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the same role
• Degree or Diploma in a related field

Responsibilities:

• Plan, manage, and monitor all logistics operations for construction sites
• Coordinate material deliveries, supplier schedules, and vehicle movements
• Ensure proper storage, handling, and distribution of materials
• Maintain material tracking (in/out records) and update site teams daily
• Handle documentation for deliveries, returns, and material transfers
• Manage manpower movement and site access
• Manage vehicle entry permits, gate passes, and delivery documentation
• Plan and control the movement of equipment such as cranes, forklifts, and boom loaders
• Monitor fuel usage and machinery hours, and report daily to site management
• Ensure all logistics activities comply with company HSE guidelines
• Prepare and maintain logistics reports for management

Pay: ﷼8,000.00 - ﷼10,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
