About the Role

We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Network Operator to help power FRAYT’s operations and ensure an exceptional experience for both shippers and drivers.

Reporting to the Director of Operations, this role plays a key part in ensuring on-time delivery, maintaining marketplace balance, resolving real-time logistics issues, and building lasting trust across our network.

What You’ll Do

• Dispatch and monitor deliveries using FRAYT’s proprietary tech platform to ensure on-time performance
• Communicate directly with shippers and drivers to resolve delivery issues quickly and professionally
• Proactively monitor unassigned orders and maintain network coverage across active markets
• Track customer delivery patterns to help anticipate needs and improve future service
• Partner with Sales, Driver Services, and Development teams to streamline communication and resolve operational challenges
• Uphold high service standards — ensuring every interaction reflects FRAYT’s commitment to quality and integrity
• Utilize multiple communication channels (phone, email, Slack, SMS) to stay connected and responsive
• Contribute to process improvements, new initiatives, and team projects that help us scale efficiently

What You Bring

• 1–2+ years of experience in logistics, dispatch, or customer service (preferably in a fast-paced, tech-enabled environment)
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills — calm under pressure and solution-oriented
• Experience with transportation management or dispatch systems a plus
• Excellent multitasking and organizational abilities
• A passion for delivering great customer experiences
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed

Pay: $55,000.00 - $59,000.00 per year
