Logistics Coordinator - Hanover, MD.

Qualifications and Requirements

· High school diploma or equivalent required; additional logistics or supply chain education is a plus

· 1–3 years of experience in transportation, logistics, supply chain, or coordination role preferred

· Working knowledge of DOT regulations, including Hours of Service and transportation compliance requirements

· Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

· Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

· Problem-solving ability with attention to detail

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and support changing priorities

· Willingness to learn and develop within transportation operations

· Candidates must successfully pass post-offer/pre-employment drug test, and background screen.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with third-party carriers or transportation operations
Exposure to food distribution or time-sensitive delivery environments
Familiarity with dispatch or transportation coordination processes

Work Environment & Expectations

Fast-paced, operations-driven environment requiring frequent coordination across departments
May require early mornings, evenings, weekends, or extended hours based on business needs
Ability to respond quickly to changing operational demands and priorities
