Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator with experience in the automobile manufacturing industry and strong exposure to JAFZA/free zone operations. The role will be responsible for coordinating inbound and outbound logistics, ensuring smooth material flow, and complying with JAFZA and UAE customs regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics for automobile manufacturing operations
• Manage import/export shipments through JAFZA, including documentation and customs clearance
• Liaise with freight forwarders, transporters, shipping lines, and customs agents
• Ensure timely movement of raw materials, components, and finished goods to support production schedules
• Prepare and verify shipping documents (Invoice, Packing List, BOE, COO, Delivery Orders, etc.)
• Monitor inventory movement and coordinate with warehouse and production teams
• Ensure compliance with JAFZA regulations, UAE customs laws, and company policies
• Track shipments and resolve delays, shortages, or logistics issues proactively
• Maintain accurate logistics records, reports, and MIS
• Support cost optimization initiatives related to transportation and logistics

Requirements

• 3-7 years of experience as a Logistics Coordinator in the automobile manufacturing / auto ancillary industry
• Mandatory experience handling JAFZA/free zone logistics operations
• Hands-on experience with import/export documentation and customs clearance
• Strong coordination skills with internal teams and external service providers
• Good knowledge of UAE logistics practices and regulations
• Proficient in MS Excel and basic ERP systems
