The Role: Logistics Coordinator (Global Shipping & Operations)

This is a hands-on, fast-paced role combining warehouse and office responsibilities. You’ll manage the end-to-end shipping process, support global freight coordination, maintain accurate documentation, and help ensure operational excellence across departments.

What You’ll Do: Global Shipping & Freight Coordination

  • Manage inbound and outbound shipments across ASC offices, warehouses, and freight vendors worldwide
  • Obtain and compare freight quotes to secure cost-effective, timely shipping solutions
  • Coordinate with sales, operations, and internal teams to keep shipments moving smoothly and on schedule

Documentation, Customs & Compliance

  • Collect, verify, and maintain shipping documentation (bills of lading, customs forms, test reports, etc.)
  • Prepare and manage customs clearance paperwork for international shipments (required)
  • Resolve discrepancies involving test reports, customs codes (HS codes, country of origin, date codes), and shipping delays
  • Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations and company policies

Inventory & Order Management

  • Track inventory, update logs, and maintain accurate records in QuickBooks/ERP systems
  • Inspect incoming/outgoing shipments, verify contents, and coordinate repackaging when needed
  • Monitor order statuses and proactively communicate updates to internal stakeholders

Facility & Operational Support

  • Help maintain an organized and efficient facility (storage organization, minor repairs, etc.)
  • Lift, move, and transport packages up to 50 lbs as part of daily responsibilities
  • Support office administrative tasks when needed (filing, data entry, etc.)

What We’re Looking For: Required Qualifications

  • Must have experience with customs clearance paperwork/documentation for international shipments
  • 1+ year of experience in logistics, shipping, supply chain, administration, or facility maintenance
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Clear communication skills and reliable follow-through

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
  • Familiarity with QuickBooks, ERP systems, or inventory management tools
  • Experience working with global freight vendors and international shipping processes

  • In-person role (warehouse + office mix)
  • Full-time | Monday-Friday | 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
  • Regular collaboration with global teams, vendors, and internal departments
