Customer-Focused Logistics Coordinator – BenX Delivery

BenX Delivery is hiring a high-level Logistics Coordinator to help deliver an outstanding customer experience while holding together the center of our operation.

We are a financially sound, SOP-driven transportation company with 25 years in business. We have strong systems, a solid foundation, and we are ready to scale. This is an opportunity to step into a key role inside a stable company where service, reliability, and responsiveness matter.

This role is about far more than scheduling. You will be one of the main people helping ensure that our customers feel informed, supported, and taken care of from pickup to delivery. You will help create confidence, solve problems, communicate clearly, and keep things moving when challenges arise.

We need a WE-leader who understands that great logistics is great customer service. The right person will help keep our coordinator division strong, organized, and accountable while supporting customers, drivers, vendors, and internal operations with professionalism and urgency.

You will work with a unique and sometimes challenging mix of staff and drivers, so this role requires patience, adaptability, professionalism, and the ability to lead consistently even when others need added direction, coaching, or accountability.

You must be detail-oriented, dependable, calm under pressure, and comfortable with QuickBooks Online.

This position will also help support accounts receivable and accounts payable, so financial accuracy, organization, and follow-through matter.

There is also major upside in this role. During downtime, the right person will help generate new business, strengthen customer relationships, and help grow accounts. There are no commission caps. If you can support operations, serve customers well, and help grow business, your earning potential can become very significant.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a central point of contact for customers, drivers, vendors, and leadership
• Deliver a high level of customer service through clear, timely, and professional communication
• Coordinate daily transportation activity, pickups, deliveries, and schedule changes
• Proactively update customers on shipment status, delays, and resolutions
• Help solve service issues quickly and protect the customer relationship
• Help stabilize and strengthen the coordinator division
• Maintain accurate notes, records, and operational details
• Support invoicing, billing coordination, and QuickBooks Online tasks
• Help with accounts receivable, collections, and accounts payable
• Help maintain a professional, responsive office environment
• Identify opportunities to grow customer accounts and generate new business during downtime

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics, dispatch, transportation, operations, customer service, or coordination
• Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks Online
• Experience with or comfort in AR and AP
• Excellent communication and follow-up skills
• Strong customer service mindset
• Strong organization and urgency
• Ability to manage multiple moving priorities
• Professional, dependable, and team-oriented
• Sales confidence and relationship-building ability are a major plus

Pay: $27.00 - $32.00 per hour
