Logistics Coordinator - Pricing & Quotation

Green Plus Shipping & Logistics is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator – Pricing & Quotation to join our growing team in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate pricing and quotations for air, sea, and land freight
• Coordinate with carriers, agents, and vendors to obtain competitive rates
• Handle customer inquiries related to pricing and service options
• Ensure timely submission of quotations to sales and clients
• Maintain and update rate sheets and pricing records
• Support sales and operations teams with cost analysis and pricing strategies
• Follow up on quotations and assist in converting inquiries into bookings

Requirements:

• Experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or shipping (pricing role preferred)
• Strong understanding of freight charges, surcharges, and Incoterms
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines
• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office
• Knowledge of UAE logistics market is an advantage
