We are currently looking for a professional and experienced Logistics Coordinator / PRO to join our team. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in logistics operations and the ability to communicate and coordinate with government departments and authorities professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate local and international logistics operations
• Handle shipment documentation and clearance processes
• Communicate with government authorities and related departments
• Process permits, approvals, and logistics-related documentation
• Coordinate with suppliers, transport companies, and clients
• Ensure smooth and timely movement of shipments and cargo
• Maintain organized records and operational reports

Requirements:

• Proven experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain operations
• Knowledge in dealing with government departments and official procedures
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and logistics documentation
• Professional, organized, and detail-oriented
• UAE experience is an advantage
