Position: Logistics Coordinator & QA

Job Description:

Combine hands-on quality checks with logistics coordination, perform pre-shipment inspections, supervise packing & labeling, and coordinate with shipping partners to ensure shipments meet client specs.

Core responsibilities:

• Conduct pre-shipment inspections against the client-approved sample: check dimensions, finishes, functionality, packaging integrity, and labeling.
• Use inspection checklists and capture photos/videos for client sign-off.
• Oversee correct cartonization, palletization, labeling, and any special packaging (FCL/LCL requirements).
• Coordinate with the Export/Import Operations Executive on pickup, stuffing, and handover documentation.
• Maintain inspection logs, non-conformance reports (NCR), and follow-up corrective actions with suppliers.
• Work as the first responder for shipment quality escalations and coordinate rework or replacement.
• Assist in sample testing (basic checks) and source third-party testing when required (labs) — coordinate with suppliers/clients.

Requirements:

• Degree in Quality/Production/Engineering or relevant.
• 3–4 years of experience in product inspections, pre-shipment inspections, or QA in a manufacturing/export environment.
• Familiarity with AQL, sampling plans, and packaging standards for export.
• Strong documentation and photo-reporting skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
