Logistics coordinator & Sales Support

This role is a combination of Logistics coordination as well as coordinating for sales orders fulfilment.

Responsibilities:

• Reviewing orders received from different teams and sales persons, ensuring they are processed according to specified requirements
• Maintain sales records, prepare reports, and provide financial information to the finance department
• Coordinate with transportation providers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods across India
• Negotiating and finalizing transporter contracts and commercials
• Analyze logistics data to identify areas for improvement and cost reduction.
• Oversee the shipping and receiving processes, ensuring accuracy and completeness of shipments.
• Facilitate communication between different departments (e.g., production, sales, distribution) to ensure smooth operations

Requirements

• Computer literacy- MS Excel, Word, Email (mandatory)
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Data Management
• 2+ years in coordination for logistics/ supply chain/ sales cycle/ fulfilment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
