Role Overview

The Logistics Coordinator oversees inbound and outbound shipment processes to ensure the accurate, timely, and compliant flow of merchandise across the supply chain. This role works closely with the Merchandising, Warehouse, Accounts Payable, and external logistics partners to resolve discrepancies, maintain data integrity, and support vendor compliance. A high level of organization, follow-through, and attention to detail is essential.

Key Responsibilities

Inbound Shipments

  • Approves inbound requests from vendors and validates style and quantity details against order confirmations and purchase orders in Retail Pro (RPRO).
  • Partners with the Merchandising team to resolve discrepancies; shipments are approved only when all data is aligned.
  • Creates ASN vouchers for inbound shipments to Bergen.
  • Coordinates with the warehouse to ensure timely receipt; provides direction in partnership with Merchandising on any issues.
  • Monitors WMS transmissions and corrects errors.
  • Coordinates RUSH requests with the Outbound Logistics Assistant and Merchandising team.
  • Manages inbound customs issues and maintains the Streetwear Dash.
  • Maintains inbound shipment documentation, including RPRO reference numbers, to support Accounts Payable invoice verification.
  • Owns documentation and processing of vendor chargebacks, including supplier guideline violations and returns to vendor.
  • Manages concession and intercompany inventory movements.
  • Vouchers direct-to-store shipments, reships, and damaged inventory.

Outbound Fulfillment

  • Vouchers pick tickets for shipments from 3PL partners to stores based on new product receipts.
  • Ensures proper WMS transmissions (Bergen and Stellae), troubleshooting and correcting issues as needed.
  • Follows up with 3PL partners to confirm timely processing; supports resolution of issues.
  • Coordinates RUSH requests in partnership with internal teams and warehouse.

Returns to Warehouse

  • Creates slips and transfer orders for returns to warehouse.
  • Partners with 3PL to ensure timely processing of returns.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Maintains photo inventory pull audit in partnership with Store teams (depending on workload).
  • Maintains the E-Shop/FF discrepancy log for Streetwear.
  • Visits Warehouse whenever necessary to support healthy 3pl workflow.

Key Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Suite (Excel, Office, etc)
  • Proficiency with Retail Pro (RPRO) and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) preferred.
  • Experience in logistics, supply chain, or inventory management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
