Job Summary:

We are looking for a Logistics Coordinator who can speak and read Tamil fluently to manage day-to-day courier and logistics operations. The ideal candidate will coordinate shipments, track deliveries, and communicate effectively with clients and team members across different regions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and monitor daily courier & logistics operations.
• Communicate with Tamil-speaking customers, vendors, and drivers.
• Prepare and maintain shipment records, delivery schedules, and reports.
• Ensure timely pickups and deliveries while maintaining service quality.
• Handle customer queries and resolve any delivery issues promptly.
• Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth operational flow.

Requirements:

• Fluency in Tamil (read, write, and speak) is mandatory.
• Proficiency in English or Malayalam is an added advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, spreadsheets).
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Prior experience in logistics, courier services, or supply chain operations is preferred.

Education & Experience:

• Minimum: Plus Two / Graduate in any discipline.
• 1–2 years of experience in logistics or related field preferred (freshers with good Tamil proficiency may also apply).
