Logistics Coordinator / transportation coordinator

We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator / Transportation Coordinator to manage and oversee daily transportation and logistics operations. This role is open to both fresh graduates and experienced professionals who are eager to learn, grow, and contribute to a fast-paced environment.

• Plan and coordinate drivers, vehicles, shipments, deliveries, and transportation routes
• Communicate with clients, carriers, freight forwarders, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery
• Track shipments and update stakeholders on delivery status
• Prepare and manage shipping documents (invoices, packing lists, bills of lading)
• Resolve transportation issues such as delays, damages, or lost shipments
• Optimize transportation costs while maintaining service quality
• Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory, and logistics data
• Ensure compliance with local and international shipping regulations
• Coordinate with warehouse teams for loading and unloading schedules
• Analyse logistics performance and suggest improvements

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
