Job Title: Logistics Coordinator

Location: Vatva, Ahmedabad
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month
Experience: 2–5 Years
Industry: Chemical / Manufacturing / Bulk Material (Preferred)

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate all incoming and outgoing trucks/tankers.
• Ensure each vehicle is properly weighed on the weighbridge (gross, tare, net).
• Record and verify weighment data accurately.
• Prepare and maintain logistics documentation:
• Gate entry/exit records
• Weighbridge slips
• Delivery challans
• Invoices & transport documents
• Maintain daily truck movement register.
• Coordinate with production, dispatch, security, and transporters for smooth vehicle flow.
• Monitor and ensure safe loading/unloading as per schedule.
• Track vehicle turnaround time and report delays.
• Maintain proper filing of logistics records (physical & digital).
• Follow all plant safety rules and ensure drivers comply with procedures.
• Support basic inventory tracking of incoming/outgoing quantities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate / Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field (preferred).
• 2–5 years’ experience in logistics/dispatch/plant coordination.
• Experience in weighbridge operations is a strong advantage.
• Basic computer knowledge: MS Excel, Email, Data Entry.
• Ability to operate Tally for basic entries.
• Good coordination & communication skills.
• Comfortable working in an industrial/factory environment.
• Willing to work in shifts, if required.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Experience in chemical, manufacturing, or bulk material logistics.
• Knowledge of truck documentation & transporter coordination.
• Organized, responsible, and able to handle multiple vehicle movements daily.
• Strong experience in Tally operations.
