Hamilton Family Brewery is hiring two part-time Delivery & On-Site Operations Associates to support our weekend operations at our new Archibald Ave. location. This is a hands-on role for someone who is hardworking, friendly, and dependable.

Schedule

• Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays
• Shifts between 9:00am – 11:30pm, inconsistent and can vary based on needs of business
• Each employee will work 16–24 hours per weekend

What You'll Do

• Safely drive company van (with lift gate) between our original and current locations (½ mile apart)
• Deliver kegs, cases, supplies, and return excess trash/recycling to original location
• Set up brewery signage at opening and assist with event setup/teardown
• Patrol parking lots during busy hours, maintain a safe and welcoming environment for guests
• Keep parking areas clean and free of debris
• Assist with light property maintenance and upkeep
• Provide excellent customer interaction when assisting guests outdoors

Requirements

• Must be 21+ (required to handle and transport alcohol in California)
• Valid California driver’s license (Class C)
• Clean driving record (no major violations in past 3 years)
• Ability to pass background check and drug test
• Able to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and work on your feet for extended periods
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather
• Friendly, approachable, and dependable team player
• Self-starter who can work independently without close supervision
• Weekend and evening availability required

Compensation & Perks

• $22/hour (non-exempt, hourly with overtime per CA law)
