Flavorarc Foods Pvt Ltd is a growing FMCG company headquartered in Kochi. Under our umbrella, The Laban Spot is expanding rapidly across South India. We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Logistics & Operations manager to support our franchise operations across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily logistics and supply chain operations
• Manage inventory, dispatch, and vendor communication
• Ensure smooth operations for all The Laban Spot franchise outlets
• Track, monitor, and optimize delivery timelines
• Handle operations-related documentation, reporting, and record management
• Support cross-functional teams to ensure seamless outlet functioning
• Coordinate with franchise outlets in Kochi, Coimbatore, and Bangalore as per operational requirements

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Logistics or Operations
• Experience in the FMCG or food industry preferred
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-growing, dynamic environment
• Willingness to support operational activities across different branch locations
