Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Logistics Customer Service Associate to join our growing team. This entry-level role is ideal for candidates looking to build a career in logistics and supply chain management. The associate will be responsible for tracking shipments, coordinating pickups and deliveries, summarizing customer instructions for warehouse execution, and ensuring timely and accurate communication with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Track inbound and outbound shipments and provide timely updates to clients.
Coordinate pickup and delivery arrangements with carriers and warehouse staff.
Interpret and summarize client instructions into clear, actionable tasks for the warehouse team.
Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone, ensuring prompt and professional communication.
Investigate and resolve delivery issues or delays, keeping customers informed throughout the process.
Maintain accurate records of client communications and logistics activities.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer expectations are met and exceeded.
Escalate urgent or complex issues when needed while maintaining ownership of customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree in logistics or related field is a plus.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and communication.
Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and meet deadlines.
Proactive and resourceful with a customer-first mindset.
Basic proficiency with email, spreadsheets, and logistics software (training provided).
