We are seeking a full-time, on-site Customer Service Specialist – Air & Sea Freight Forwarding based in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, preparing quotations, and providing comprehensive support for freight forwarding services.

This role involves coordinating export shipments and transportation processes while ensuring exceptional customer service and clear communication throughout the shipping cycle. Key responsibilities include managing documentation, resolving operational issues, liaising with internal and external stakeholders, and supporting the smooth and efficient flow of daily operations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED3,000.00 per month
