Logistics & Customs Operations Specialist
to support our logistics, import/export, customs clearance, and supply chain operations.
This role will be responsible for coordinating shipment processes, managing customs clearance follow-up with customs brokers and relevant authorities, preparing and tracking shipping documents, supporting equipment delivery operations, and ensuring compliance with local customs and logistics procedures.
The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in logistics operations, import/export documentation, customs clearance, and coordination with logistics providers, dealers, vendors, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and follow up import/export and logistics operations

Manage
customs clearance
processes with customs brokers and related authorities

Prepare, check, and track shipping and customs documentation
-
Follow shipment schedules, delivery timelines, and operational processes

Communicate with logistics providers, dealers, vendors, and internal departments
-
Support equipment delivery coordination and operational follow-up
-
Monitor logistics-related costs, invoices, and supporting documents when required

Ensure compliance with local customs and logistics procedures

Maintain organized records and operational documentation

Support daily operational activities related to logistics and supply chain coordination
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, International Trade, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum 2–4 years of experience in logistics operations, import/export, customs clearance, or supply chain coordination.

Experience in
customs clearance processes
, including coordination with customs brokers and relevant authorities.

Good knowledge of import/export procedures, customs regulations, shipment documentation, and local logistics compliance requirements.

Ability to prepare, check, and follow up shipping documents, customs declarations, invoices, delivery documents, and other supporting operational records.

Experience in coordinating with logistics providers, customs brokers, dealers, vendors, and internal departments.

Strong planning, follow-up, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

High attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate and organized documentation.

Proficiency in MS Office, especially
Excel
; experience with ERP or logistics tracking systems is an advantage.

Good command of written and spoken English is required.

Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
