We are looking for a Delivery Associate to join our growing home delivery team. As the most important member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, timely and safe product delivery to our customers.

A DETAILED AND FOLLOW THROUGH PERSON – You take pride in your work to ensure the right package is going to the right location at the right time, including following client specific instructions and following all safety standards.

RELIABLE AND ACCOUNTABLE – You have a high drive to take responsibility and honor your commitments.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES MAY INCLUDE:

Within the first 30 days and ongoing:

• Completes the comprehensive three-day training program on the delivery app (Flex), including how to use the turn-by-turn navigation, scanning, camera functions, & itinerary management, receives instruction on safety protocols, is taught how to load & drive the van.
• By week 3 completes 100% of the assigned route, based on the number of deliveries.
• Demonstrates openness and is receptive to feedback to enable effective coaching and learning by continually asking questions to clarify understanding.

3 months and ongoing:

• Is independent in the role and is a valued Delivery Associate team member, shows good judgment and care/empathy when delivering customer packages.
• Understands and is compliant with all safe driving requirements and regulations. Follows proper procedures and demonstrated safe driving habits.
• Manages time and routes effectively, and executes each delivery efficiently and accurately to achieve timely route completions.

6-12 months and ongoing:

• Has become an expert in route completion and driving efficiency to enhance the overall customer experience. Improves delivery quality and contributes to the success of the company.
• Continues to build upon conflict resolution and customer service skills to ensure all customers are receiving excellent customer service. Has mastered managing time effectively, plans routes efficiently, and executes each delivery quickly and accurately to achieve timely route completions.

Ok, so here’s what we REQUIRE from you in order for you to be SUCCESSFUL:

• Able to climb up into high van 200 times per day
• Able to jump out of van 200 times per day
• Able to continue work in all types of weather and time conditions , no matter what
• Able to work 10 hours per day
• Able to lift at least 50 lbs
• Successfully understand GPS mapping and turn by turn directions
• Read and understand customer instructions, street signs and any product labels
• Clean driving record
• At least 21 years old
• Drug test & Background check conducted

COMPENSATION & COMPANY BENEFITS INCLUDE:

Competitive wages: Compensation range for this role is $22.25/hour + bonuses

Benefits begin on day 90 and include:
