We’re looking for a Logistics Dispatcher to join our team in West Jordan and play a critical role in coordinating and tracking freight movements as well as assisting with billing. Responsibilities

• Coordinate and assign freight loads with carrier partners, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Monitor shipments in real-time, provide load status updates to carriers and clients, and proactively resolve issues.
• Provide customers with accurate freight quotes, ensuring competitive pricing and profitability.
• Maintain accurate records of shipments, loads, and delivery details in TMS systems.
• Assist in updating QuickBooks with invoices, payments, and expense entries to keep financial records accurate and current.
• Communicate with carriers, warehouse teams, and customers regarding schedules, delays, or changes.
• Coordinate with warehouse staff to align outbound and inbound schedules.
• Provide excellent customer service by keeping clients informed about their shipments.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in logistics, dispatching, or transportation coordination preferred (3PL or fulfillment background a plus).
• Experience with LTL, FTL and international shipping is a strong plus.
• Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting software preferred.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to multitask under pressure.
• Proficiency with transportation management systems (TMS), warehouse management systems (WMS), or related tools preferred.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• High school diploma required, associate or bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain, or related field preferred.
