Pay: $14 to $18/hour commensurate of experience, with ability for increase based on performance

Job Description:

TranscendLGX.com, a Diamond Elite Agency of Armstrong Transport Group (a 3PL Top 25 Freight Brokerage) is seeking a reliable, quick, and detail-oriented Logistics Dispatcher for Fraud Prevention & TTT (Truck Track & Trace) to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating logistics and transportation operations to ensure timely and efficient delivery of freight, specifically in the areas of fraud prevention and Truck Tracking & Tracing. Responsibilities:

• Work with our Logistics Coordinator to assist with our client transportation needs.
• Perform Truck Track & Trace and coordinate with dispatchers and drivers to ensure adherence to routes and freight pickup and delivery schedules.
• Perform Fraud Prevention for Tight Dispatches, following our Tight Dispatch SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).
• Procure photos from driver’s cell phones of Truck, Trailer, Driver License (DL) and other information as needed to assure we have valid carriers.
• Monitor transportation operations to proactively address any issues or delays with our carriers and customers.
• Research carrier information and confirm carriers through Highway, Safer and other sources.
• Contacting Shippers and Receivers with status updates.
• Verify insurance coverage for carriers hauling frozen seafood.
• Perform other dispatcher-related duties as needed.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in freight brokerage, 3PL, or logistics/transportation/dispatch operations is preferred.
• Able to work proficiently with the ATG’s TMS (Armstrong Transport Group Transportation Management System) load boards, DAT, Highway.com, Microsoft Excel, Word, Google Mail, and other Technologies.
• Fast typing speeds and a strong ability to navigate IT applications.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask efficiently.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills. Ability to speak clearly and write in English is a Must. Spanish is a plus.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks.
• Must pass background checks and be authorized to work in the USA.
• Must possess own proficient laptop and mobile device.
