Logistics Dispatcher / Order Desk

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and inventory management.
- Manage and optimize the movement of goods and materials to ensure timely delivery and cost efficiency.
- Collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, and third-party logistics providers (3PL) to ensure smooth operations and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics using tools such as Tableau or other data analysis software.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, shipments, and transactions.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in logistics operations.

-Backup Dispatch, possibly Invoicing as well.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in logistics coordination or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems, contract management, and freight forwarding.
- Proficiency in dispatching software or systems.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions based on insights.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams, suppliers, and 3PL providers.
