Logistics Distribution Manager

The Role
We are seeking an experienced Logistics Distribution Manager to lead and optimize our distribution operations within the manufacturing sector. Based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, this role is pivotal in ensuring the efficient and timely delivery of products to our customers while managing a dynamic logistics team. Responsibilities: - Develop and implement effective distribution strategies to meet company goals and customer demands. - Oversee daily logistics operations including shipping, warehousing, and inventory management. - Coordinate with production, sales, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless flow of goods. - Manage relationships with third-party logistics providers and negotiate contracts to optimize costs. - Monitor key performance indicators to drive continuous improvement in delivery times and cost efficiency. - Ensure compliance with local regulations and safety standards in all logistics operations. - Lead, mentor, and develop the logistics team to enhance performance and professional growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field. - Proven experience as a Logistics Distribution Manager or in a similar logistics leadership role within the manufacturing industry. - Strong knowledge of logistics software and warehouse management systems. - Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills. - Demonstrated ability to manage and motivate teams effectively. - This role is for Saudi nationals ONLY - Excellent communication and negotiation skills. - Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
