Hiring: Logistics Documentation Executive

Eximple is a growing trade execution startup helping SMEs simplify international logistics, compliance, and financing. We’re looking for a Logistics Documentation Executive to manage end-to-end shipment documents and invoicing.

Location: Gurgaon

Experience: 1+ Year

Key Responsibilities:

Handle complete import/export documentation (BL, invoice etc.)

Prepare & verify commercial invoices

Manage documentation and workflows on Odoo

Ensure compliance and maintain accurate records

Requirements:

1+ years in logistics/shipping/export-import documentation

Experience with Odoo or similar ERP is a plus

Strong attention to detail & good communication skills
