Logistics Documentation Specialist

Job Description:
Absolute Food is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Logistics Documentation Specialist to support our logistics and supply chain operations. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing, reviewing, and maintaining shipping and logistics documentation to ensure accurate and timely movement of goods.

The ideal candidate is reliable, organized, and capable of maintaining accuracy while working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain shipping and logistics documentation
• Review delivery records, shipment details, and transport paperwork for accuracy
• Track shipments and update internal records and documentation
• Coordinate with logistics staff, drivers, and carriers regarding shipment information
• Organize and maintain documentation files and digital records
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and documentation standards
• Report discrepancies or documentation issues to supervisors
• Support logistics and administrative teams with related tasks

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous experience in logistics, documentation, or administrative support is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Basic computer and data entry skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to work independently and follow established procedures

Pay: $22.20 - $22.60 per hour
