Role Summary

We are seeking a hands-on Electrical Technician to support high-throughput logistics operations involving electronics assembly, system teardown, testing, refurbishment, and rapid redeployment of hardware. This role sits within the Logistics Department and requires speed, accuracy, and physical stamina. The technician will work across PCB-level electronics, mechanical assemblies, and compute units to ensure fast turnaround of inventory while maintaining quality and traceability.

This is not a desk role. Expect significant standing, lifting, and rapid task switching in a time-critical environment.

Reports To: Logistics Team Lead

Responsibilities

  • Order fulfillment and processing
  • Follow processes to ensure order completion accuracy
  • Assemble, rework, and repair PCBs per documented procedures.
  • Disassemble returned systems into components and subassemblies.
  • Test mechanical, electrical, and compute units to determine usability. Sort, tag, and route parts for refurbishment, reuse, or scrap.
  • Refurbish and validate components to meet redeployment standards.
  • Support quick turnaround of inbound and outbound hardware.
  • Accurately document builds, tests, and refurbishments.
  • Contribute to team effort
  • Follow safety guidelines and company standards
  • Maintain clean work space
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • High school diploma (or equivalent) required. Associate degree preferred
  • 2+ years of related experience
  • Proven experience with PCB assembly and handling returned hardware (RMA, refurbishment, or depot repair)
  • Comfortable working across mechanical, electrical, and compute assemblies
  • Computer literacy essential
  • Basic proficiency in MS-Office suite
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
  • Problem solving skills
  • A team player

Physical & Work Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

  • Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the workday
  • Ability to lift, carry, and move equipment weighing up to 50 lbs.
  • Frequent bending, reaching, and manual handling of equipment
  • Fine motor skills for electronics assembly and rework
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with quick turnaround expectations

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $38,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
