- Coordination with customers via calls and emails for quotes/shipments.
- Notify customer of shipment status.
- Should have knowledge of customs-related query and free days, LC Shipment, FCL shipments, Split Booking.
- Works collaboratively with client and internal stakeholders to assure operational effectiveness and exceed customer expectations.
- Manage customer’s bookings promptly.
- Coordinate closely with internal departments and external parties to gather necessary information and documentation for each shipment.
- Stay updated on changes in import/export regulations, customs procedures, and documentation requirements for FCL shipments.
- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries and resolving any issues related to documentation or shipments.
- Communicate effectively with clients, keeping them informed about the status of their shipments and any relevant documentation requirements.
