About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and hardworking Logistics Executive to join our operations team. The ideal candidate should have 3–5 years of experience in logistics or dispatch operations, with strong communication skills, good computer knowledge, and fluency in multiple languages.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and monitor logistics operations, including dispatch and delivery.
• Handle transportation arrangements and ensure timely movement of goods.
• Maintain accurate records of stock, dispatches, and logistics documents.
• Coordinate with suppliers, transporters, and internal departments.
• Track shipments and resolve any transportation or delivery issues.
• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly logistics reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in logistics, dispatch, or warehouse management.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Languages required: English, Kannada, Hindi, Tamil (spoken fluently).
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and basic ERP or inventory systems.
• Ability to work under pressure, accept challenges, and adapt to change.
• Positive attitude, good personality, and willingness to work hard.
