Key skills and qualifications

• Logistics and supply chain knowledge: A strong understanding of logistics, dispatch planning, and supply chain principles is essential.
• Documentation and software: Proficiency in logistics software and MS Excel is required, along with experience in handling export/import documentation.
• Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary for coordinating with various stakeholders.
• Problem-solving: The ability to proactively identify and solve logistics challenges.
• Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics, dispatch, or warehouse coordination is often required.
• Compliance: A good understanding of tax laws like GST and the related documentation like E-way bills.
