Job Summary:
Responsible for coordinating and managing the logistics operations of the manufacturing unit, ensuring timely dispatch, delivery, and inventory control. The candidate should have hands-on experience in logistics coordination, transportation management, and vendor handling within a manufacturing setup.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and monitor inbound and outbound logistics operations.
• Coordinate with transporters, suppliers, and warehouse teams for timely dispatch and delivery.
• Maintain proper documentation for shipment, billing, and statutory compliance.
• Track vehicle movement and ensure on-time delivery of goods.
• Manage inventory levels and support stock audits.
• Optimize logistics costs and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Handle ERP/SAP entries related to dispatch, gate pass, and material movement.
• Prepare and analyze MIS reports on logistics performance.

Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline (Logistics or Supply Chain preferred).
• 2–3 years of experience in logistics operations from a manufacturing company.
• Strong knowledge of dispatch planning, transport coordination, and documentation.
• Proficiency in MS Office and SAP/ERP systems.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
