Logistics Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and manage the end-to-end logistics operations — including transportation, warehousing, inventory management, and order fulfillment.
• Develop and implement logistics strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, transport companies, and customers for smooth flow of goods.
• Monitor and analyze logistics KPIs (lead times, transport costs, inventory levels, etc.) and prepare performance reports.
• Negotiate contracts and rates with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and other third-party logistics (3PL) partners.
• Ensure compliance with import/export regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
• Utilize ERP or logistics management systems (such as SAP, Oracle, or TMS) for data tracking and optimization.
• Manage and lead the logistics team to meet operational goals and deadlines.
• Support supply chain planning, demand forecasting, and inventory optimization initiatives.
• Handle logistics documentation, including shipping invoices, customs paperwork, and delivery receipts.

• Knowledge of supply chain principles, import/export procedures, and inventory management

• Attention to detail and strong organizational ability

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
