Job Description – Logistics Executive

We are looking for a Logistics Executive to manage and coordinate the movement of goods, ensure timely deliveries, and maintain accurate records. The candidate will handle dispatch planning, transport coordination, documentation, and communication with vendors, transporters, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and coordinate daily dispatch and delivery schedules.
• Track shipments and ensure on-time delivery to customers.
• Maintain logistics documents, invoices, challans, and records.
• Coordinate with transporters, warehouse teams, and suppliers.
• Monitor vehicle movements and resolve delivery-related issues.
• Maintain stock and inventory reports as required.

Requirements:

• Graduate with 1–3 years of experience in logistics/supply chain (freshers can apply).
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, documentation, and ERP is preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Hajipur, Bihar: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Logistics: 3 years (Preferred)
• total work: 5 years (Preferred)
