We’re looking for a proactive and energetic Logistics Executive to join our growing team in Trichy. If you’re someone who enjoys planning, coordinating, and making things move smoothly, this role will be a great start for your career.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in daily logistics operations and ensure smooth dispatch processes.
• Plan delivery routes efficiently to reduce travel time and fuel cost.
• Coordinate with drivers for trip schedules, delivery updates, and route clarifications.
• Track vehicle movement and ensure timely delivery of goods across routes.
• Monitor loading and unloading activities to maintain accuracy and safety.
• Maintain trip sheets, delivery records, and basic logistics documentation.
• Follow up with the operations and sales teams for delivery requirements.
• Handle basic issues related to vehicles and drivers during daily operations.
• Ensure compliance with company logistics procedures and safety standards.
• Support in resolving delivery delays, route challenges, or driver concerns.
• Maintain proper communication between warehouse, drivers, and management.

Requirements

• Male candidate, willing to work in a fast-moving logistics environment.
• Fresher to 1 year of experience in logistics or related functions.
• Basic knowledge of routes in and around Trichy, Perambalur, Ariyalur & Thanjavur (added advantage).
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle drivers and manage field situations confidently.
• Willingness to work flexible timings when needed.
